Return Policy

At FarasFan, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that are damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized repairs are not eligible for return.

  • Customized or special-order fans are non-returnable.

  • Sale or clearance items are final and cannot be returned.

3. Return Process

  1. Contact our support team at support@farasfan.com or via WhatsApp at +923279691837 within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.

  3. Our team will review your request and provide instructions for returning the item.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will issue either:

    • A replacement product, or

    • A refund (excluding shipping charges).

4. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

  • If the return is due to a mistake on our part (wrong item shipped or manufacturing defect), FarasFan will cover the return shipping.

5. Refund Timeline

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is inspected and approved.

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
